Please be informed that the prices are purely for indication. Your appointment is only valid if I have confirmed it in some form (e.g. e-mail, telephone).
In case you wish to cancel the booked appointment, you can notify me by e-mail or telephone.

If for any reason you are unable to show up at the salon for the booked appointment, please let me know in time. As reorganising the appointments takes time, cancellation/change of date is possible free of charge 24 hours before the booked time (by e-mail or telephone), taking into account the opening hours.
